Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

How Do I Check My Order Status?
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
